Rental
Policies Rocky Mountain Jet Ski Rental
prides itself on providing a safe and exciting jet ski adventure to the visitors of Cherry Creek State Park. However, because
of the risk associated with a fun day on the lake, certain precautions must be made. Please understand the following company
policies are in place to keep everyone safe and to help promote an enjoyable lake experience for everyone.
General
Rental Policies
• Renter must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passengers can be of any age.
•
A valid credit card or cash is required for a security deposit.
• A valid drivers license must be provided to
the staff and remain with the staff for the duration of your ride time.
• All safety equipment is provided at no
charge.
• Renters should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Please arrive with plenty of time ahead
of your scheduled time, your time starts promptly. Please allow plenty of time to enter the Park on busy days. We
cannot hold your Rental Equipment for you.
• If paying by credit card, charge is processed before delivery
is made. An imprint of your card is taken and receipt issued.
• Late returns will be charged at a rate of
$75 per hour with a $25 minimum.
• Full day rentals are from 10:00am - 6:00pm (can be adjusted to your schedule) EVERYONE NEEDS AN ID! We
maintain a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol for all riders. Reservation Policies
• Reservations for greater then 4 hour rentals can be made in advance.
And are available by phone and onsite. Rental times of less then 4 hour can be made the day of.
• A major credit
card is required to make a reservation. No charges are made until the day of the rental.
Cancellation Policies
•
A reservation cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled rental will result in the full rental charge.
Please allow plenty of time to enter the Park on busy days. We cannot hold your Rental Equipment for
you.
• A "no show" will result in a total payment of the rental fee.
• Cancellation fees
will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
